The position:

As an Intelligent Process Automation Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

This role will also provide technical subject matter expertise for RM Dayton Analytics sales and account teams during the scoping of intelligent process automation opportunities.

This is a remote position with ability to travel to client sites as needed open to any qualified applicant in the United States.  US work authorization that requires transfer of sponsorship or support for employment is not available for this position.

What will I be doing?

As an Intelligent Process Automation Consultant, you’ll work as part of a team helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities to include:  

  • Design technical specifications for intelligent process automation implementation projects
  • Develop and support different service offerings of intelligent process automation and work very closely with global teams to support and deliver projects
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Address various intelligent requirements, primarily around business process automation from multiple industry groups to quickly assess and arrive at a plan to deliver the required services
  • Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT), and production deployments
  • Define development approach and best practices to implement the solutions
  • Must be able to mentor team members
  • Establish Thought Leadership – Generate executive presentations, architecture documents, blog posts and white papers for external audience; participation as a speaker in conferences & industry forums
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities
  • Discover, Assess, Architect, Design and Develop Automation Use cases
  • Explore innovative automation solutions and demonstrate value through Proof-Of-Concept
  • Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions
  • Architect solutions and ensure that detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
  • Initiate solution testing to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery
  • Ensure that release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the business
  • Take accountability to ensure adherence with client Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Delivery scope

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Scrum / Agile development methodologies
  • Solid understanding of business process and documenting AS IS Process
  • Able to identify automation opportunity from AS IS Process
  • Define, develop and deploy RPA solutions for intelligent automation opportunities
  • Support automation bots in production
  • Hand-on experience in working with various scripting technologies such as Java and VBS
  • Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
  • Leveraging hands on experience with the implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere.

 

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Mathematics, Statistics
  • 4+ years of experience Intelligent Process Automation and hands-on experience with AI development
  • 2+ years of experience with Automation Anywhere implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to resolve business issues
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
  • Developing RPA technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI, Business Analytics (BA), Data Science and Cross-Enterprise Artificial Intelligence

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional or Master RPA Professional certification is preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
